Seems eager to help...but actually stirs the pot.
Seems to want to take the lead...but doesn't understand how to execute.
Seems very busy...but never gets anything done.
Seems to have lots to say...but is just noisy.
Seems to get everyone moving...but never gets any traction.
Seems to know everyone...yet has no real allies.
Seems to be full of the right words...but is just an empty leader.
How About You
Do you recognize the person above? Are they so excited to be part of your organization that they don't see their impact? Everyone else sees it though, right...and they're waiting for you to do something about it.
Let me ask you something...why are you still quiet?
