Too harsh? Need to think about it? Dead on accurate? Some will tell you about the great tools they have developed to motivate people. The training, the exercises, the company l0go-branded paper weights and key chains are all designed to fire up the team. I don't buy it. Paper weights don't motivate me, they just clutter up my desk. Hire the best people, trust them to do amazing work, and let them have balance in their life. Do it, and you will create the best place to work on the planet.
