I love trying new ways of doing things at work. I like pushing the
envelope, at least in the various corporate cultures I’ve worked in. It has been a gradual progression that started with testing out an amazing new software tool called PowerPoint many years ago…to requiring certain members of my team to be active on social channels or they won’t be allowed to work for me…to fully integrating social into all aspects of my personal and professional life.
As time passed, I realized I needed to think differently or I would be a dinosaur.
