Hello Blog Talk Radio!

This is a big week for me. No, this is a REALLY big week for me. Why? For some reason I've gotten it into my head that hosting a blog talk radio show about the amazing organization I work for would be a good idea.

Actually, it's a great idea!

Brand Ambassador or Big Talker
I was reading my twitter bio recently and it dawned on me that being a brand ambassador should mean a lot more than just saying that you are one. It should mean you actively promote your organization in a powerful and intentional way.

Representing the brand shouldn't just be something that happens between 9:00 and 5:00 and then one disappears back into another life that is completely disconnected from the workplace.

Brand ambassadors don't disconnect. They live, and breathe and push the brand whenever they can.

Wednesday March 5th is Show Time
As we continue to evolve the methods for reaching more of our candidates, patients, families and colleagues, it has become clear that we need to push ourselves once more. So this Wednesday at 12:30 eastern time, we are officially kicking off the All Children's Hospital Blog Talk Radio Show.

Yes, I'm a nervous wreck...yes, I'm so fired up I wish the show was starting right now...and yes, it's going to be a wild new adventure for us! Isn't that what life is all about anyway?

Join Us...and Be Kind
Many of you who read this blog are not necessarily the "target audience" for our show (I'm learning new words!); but I cannot express how grateful I am for all of you...knowing that as this new venture kicks off, you will support me...and my organization.

How About You
Have you labeled yourself as a brand ambassador? If so, what are you doing to live up to that label? I'd love to hear what you're doing! Have a great week everyone!

I'd love to hear from you.

No Excuses.

  1. I think we are all brand ambassadors if we like it or not.
